Cancellation policy

Retainers may be paused or ended with written notice before the next billing cycle.

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 14 days before the next billing cycle. Cancellations made after this period will apply to the following month. All work completed prior to cancellation will be delivered. Payments are non-refundable.
