How It Works

Pick a retainer, choose one add-on per month, and I take care of the rest. Newsletters, visuals, and optional extras are drafted, reviewed, and delivered on schedule—keeping your communication consistent and effortless.

Terms

  • Minimum commitment: Each retainer starts with a 3-month minimum, giving us enough time to plan, create, and refine your content.
  • Renewal: After the initial 3 months, the retainer continues month-to-month until either party decides to adjust or pause.
  • Monthly scope: Each month includes a set package (e.g., newsletters, copy, visuals) plus optional add-ons like short video edits or website refreshes.
  • Add-on: One add-on per month, non-transferable, no rollover
  • Additional add-ons: billed separately
  • Client Responsibility: Clients must provide content, feedback, or assets by a set date each month to ensure timely delivery
  • Revisions: One round of revisions is included per deliverable; additional revisions are billed separately
  • Approval process: You review and approve every piece before it’s published, so you stay in control of your brand’s voice.
  • Billing: Invoices are issued monthly, and payment secures your place in the schedule. Payment due before the start of each month. Payments are non-refundable once work for the month has begun.
  • Cancellation: After the minimum term, clients can cancel with 14 days written notice before the next billing cycle.
